The mission of The Principle Partnering Group, LLC is to link people of expertise-often disadvantaged solely by restrictive access-to the heads of power structures with lucrative business opportunities. Our commitment, in that regard, is to affect a profitable marriage between big business to capable small and medium size businesses that will benefit both parties. While compliance often serves the former, participation and inclusion serves the latter, thereby positively impacting the bottom line of their operations. This improved bottom line enables small business to promote economic development within the broader community.

As "Empowerers," we provide necessary management consulting services that equip and elevate the companies with whom we work. Our services include but are not limited to Effective Project Management, "Higher-Level Training," Strategic Support Services, EAC Audit & Compliance, SBE/DBE Program Management, and Contract Staffing. Long-term success is assured through establishing and maintaining tactical business-to-business collaborations. Critical to our mission is the commitment to service.
